purity

Why do we conceal so much of our true thoughts?

Civility is important, make no mistake about that. But it's not the highest priority.

Life is short, be pure in what you do. You might be surprised at the respect it will earn for you.

If someone cannot tolerate that you spoke your mind or lived your politic, you have to question the value of that person in your life.

If you are going to be damned, being so for being honest is honorable. Much more so than just saying what people want to hear when you don't mean a word of it.

The Dust Settles

I like the new home here.

Welcome, fellow curmudgeons and those who love them!

This may not be your only home, but you will always be welcome here.
I'm enjoying the ease of editing this newspaper, configuring the site.
There are many new features to come and maybe the occasional odd temporary facelift
while the dust settles but feel free to come on in and relax. You are more likely to be rated for style than berated for a cheeky remark here so leave the overworked civility by the door. Fart. Swear. link a picture or video you wouldn't want on the screen at work. It's ok.
