It's been trampled to death by herds of impatient shoppers that only have six hours to get that good deal.

Customers trampled customer satisfaction? Or has the average customer degraded into this kind of animal that places obnoxiously cheap ( in every sense of the term ) goods over human life, and lives way past common civility leading to the indifference exhibited by nearly all retailers and services nowadays?
